Meet Our Team The new kid on the block! Yes we readily admit CP Reports only commenced business in 2005 however our experience goes way back. When experience counts. Barbara Moore has more than 20 years experience in providing legal support services having been a founding director of Legalco (now Espreon). Barbara is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Among her other interests is a boutique vineyard in the Hunter Valley.   Helen Godfrey graduated from the University of NSW with a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Education and for three years worked as a teacher. Relocating to Los Angeles prompted a career move and for the next 14 years she worked as an Analyst Programmer and Systems Analyst. In another career change, Helen became a Strata Inspector for Legalco (now Espreon) in 1994. In her spare time Helen is actively involved in community and sporting activities and is currently a Board Member of the City of Sydney Basketball Association.   The other members of our team are Richard Abrahams (servicing the Central Coast), Tanya Ercan, Kerryn Fiebig, Natt Armstong and Ted Simpson. These inspectors bring experience of both the Strata Management and Real Estate industries to our company. They are all enthusiastic and enjoy being part of a team which work together to bring our clients prompt and efficient service.
